Coupling an Alliance embossing machine into a Metform line gives you the best possible combination of expertise and equipment quality. 

Metform can make your embossing line do more. Have you considered tension levelling in-line? Yes, it is possible and it doesn’t damage the embossed surface! This is significant as it reduces cost and the risk of damage due to additional handling of surface-sensitive coils. Have you considered slitting in the same line as well? Now you can emboss, tension level and slit to a finished width in one operation!

You can also use this multi-use line to recover rejected coils by tension levelling and recoiling only.
